With the changing of the seasons come automotive electrical system issues. This system can be easily impacted by increased heat, snow, ice, and/or rain. The following are the top 3 most common automotive electrical system failures as reported by the automotive industry.

  1. The Engine Won't Crank Properly - Through the ignition switch, the battery has to provide the spark through a spark plug that ignites the fuel in your engine. In this case, it could be a sign of a bad battery, alternator, or another unrelated electrical problem.

2. Battery Issues - One of the most common car electrical issues. The good news for this one is, it's not spot, and it is easy to fix.

3. Blown Fuses - The occasional single blown fuse can be easily replaced. If multiple fuses blow out repeatedly, their may be a deeper problem with your vehicle's electrical systems. An over-heated and melted fuse disrupts electricity flow. A blown fuse in some cases, it is a symptom of a bigger problem to the electrical systems.
